Hotel La Negrita - 77937 Bacalar

Our experience was extremely bad! Not even looking the same as on the pictures given on Booking or so. The room is way too expensive (€40) for what you get. The room we have actually booked was still a mess so we got a free 'upgrade' to a bigger room. The upgrade included free ants, a super tiny blanket (while it was really cold at night - it's winter in Mexico now), no hot or even warm water, no service at all. We tried to speak to the owner, he was not available. The mini super across -"La Negra" is from the same owner, we went by and asked for help. The guy at the desk -which was also at the same time the reception of the hotel- was just laughing when we told him about the problems. We asked him to call the owner, he didnt want to help. Not even to give his number. He was just laughing and waved us away. So, a real NO GO!
