★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nos dieron un jaboncito para tres personas, papel de baño ya usado, una sola toalla. Camas no muy cómodas.
 They gave us a soap for three people, already used toilet paper, a single towel. Beds not very comfortable.

It is a quiet, clean place, its pools with warm water, simple but clean rooms, very friendly customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen servicio, el único detalle es que la habitación carece de contactos electricos, solo tiene 2 y estan ocupados por la TV y por el cable, si necesitas cargar tu celular tendras que prescindir de la TV.
Good service, the only detail is that the room lacks electrical contacts, it only has 2 and they are occupied by the TV and the cable, if you need to charge your cell phone you will have to do without the TV.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelentes instalaciones, no tanto el sanitario, bien la alberca. El único "inconveniente" es que ya en la habitación había una nota o reglamento, a parte del reglamento normal de hoteles. Indicaba cobros por ensuciar sábanas, cama, por maquillaje o con otras cosas colchón, etc ???????? en fin!! Un poco fuera de contexto... Creo
Excellent facilities, not so much the toilet, the pool is fine. The only "inconvenience" is that there was already a note or regulation in the room, apart from the normal hotel regulation. It indicated charges for dirtying sheets, bed, makeup or other mattress things, etc ???????? anyway!! A little out of context... I think

Good hotel, has a pool, palapa, garden. You can rent the space for aqua party and obviously stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buenísimo,bonito, de muy bien precio, atención espectacular ?,llegas caminando al centro y a la avenida principal esta a unos pasos por lo que tienes acceso fácil caminando a cajeros , restaurantes, cafés pastelerías neverias ,iglesias, súper seguro. ?TODOS sus espacios súper limpios, la alberca pufff Deli de calientita. Y super limpia siempre será grato regresar y recomendarlos ambiente 100 %familiar.
Great, beautiful, very well priced, spectacular service ?, you walk to the center and the main avenue is a few steps away so you have easy walking access to ATMs, restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream parlors, churches, super safe. ? ALL its super clean spaces, the warm pufff Deli pool. And super clean, it will always be a pleasure to return and recommend them, a 100% family atmosphere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alquilamos una habitación doble por una noche. Pequeña, cómoda, poca iluminación, la tv pequeña, camas duras, almohadas cómodas. La regadera es terrible, falta mantenimiento, el agua sale para todos lados y es difícil encontrar donde cae un poquito más de agua para enjuagarse. Un poquito de cloro en algunas partes del baño no le vendría nada mal, para matar esos hongos que se van acumulando. Jardines muy bonitos, chapoteadero con agua calientita, pero, la alberca para adultos, más bien era agua fría. Muy buena atención, aunque hablé con un mes de anticipación para reservar, por si acaso, ni siquiera tenían mi nombre, lo bueno es que tenían muchos cuartos disponibles. Las de limpieza arrastran mucho los muebles en el segundo piso y se escucha fuerte en la planta baja, mejor decidimos entregar el cuarto para regresar a casa y descansar. Aceptable si vas de paso, no a descansar.
We rented a double room for one night. Small, comfortable, poor lighting, small TV, hard beds, comfortable pillows. The shower is terrible, it lacks maintenance, the water goes everywhere and it is difficult to find where a little more water falls to rinse. A little chlorine in some parts of the bathroom would not hurt at all, to kill those fungi that accumulate. Very nice gardens, wading pool with warm water, but the pool for adults was rather cold water. Very good attention, although I spoke a month in advance to reserve, just in case, they didn't even have my name, the good thing is that they had many rooms available. The cleaners drag the furniture on the second floor a lot and it is loud on the ground floor, so we decided to give up the room to go home and rest. Acceptable if you are passing through, not to rest.
