★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La limpieza es pésima, nos entregaron el cuarto sin haber cambiado la ropa de cama y asear el cuarto, el baño sucio y las colillas de cigarro del huésped anterior detrás de la puerta del baño. Al exigir la limpieza nos dijeron que no tenían personal para hacerla. A insistencia de nuestro Guía al final lo realizaron. Cuando mucho es de 2 estrellas.
 The cleaning is terrible, they gave us the room without having changed the bedding and cleaning the room, the dirty bathroom and the cigarette butts of the previous guest behind the bathroom door. When demanding cleaning they told us that they had no staff to do it. At the insistence of our Guide in the end they did it. At most it is 2 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Está bien el hotel, lastima el servicio de atención al huésped dejo mucha mala impresión, éramos 40 personas fueron 13 habitaciones y no pudieron indicar a cada huésped dónde estaban las habitaciones esa fue una gran molestia ya que después de viajar y estar en actividad todo el día llegas cansado y no quieres dar vueltas buscando tu habitación y en botón no tuvo un buen trato con nadie.
The hotel is fine, it hurts the guest service, it left a bad impression, we were 40 people, there were 13 rooms and they could not tell each guest where the rooms were, that was a great annoyance since after traveling and being active all the day you arrive tired and you don't want to go around looking for your room and in button you didn't have a good deal with anyone.
