B	B V on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was our little stop in Punta Mita. This place felt like having our own apartment, it was cleaned every morning and the air conditioner was the best!!!! The decoration style is unique enough to help you feel away from home! The terrace is probably its best attribute! You can grab dinner/snack/a drink and seat and stare at the sunset! Such an amazing view!!! Also, clean beach towels everyday made us feel so pampered! Thanks so much for your great hospitality! Bella & Hiram

Its right on the water, has its own beach club with hammocks under a palapa on the beach, has board rentals, a roof deck with hammocks, tables , fans and binoculars to see the whales and all of the rooms are completely dialed in. Everything has been thought of and all details taken care of. Best of all there is no construction near by and it is VERY quiet. Mary and Nico who run the property are super sweet and very accommodating. For sure I will return here over anywhere else. Very well done, totally dialed in and professional even though it feels very casual. Good job!!!

The room was super comfy, quiet, and stocked with everything we needed to cook and make it feel like home for the week. Nico and Mary were both super responsive and were great hosts! We will 100% be back to this area, and when we do we will definitely stay at the Hotel La Quinta Del Sol. The location can't be beat. Steps from the beach and a short walk to town!
L	LRA NYC on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pros: clean and walking distance of town (but walk is littered with sewage, burning trash, active/harrowing construction sites) Cons: this place has seen better days. Tiles fell off table onto my feet within moments of arrival. Broken safe. Mix of sewer smells, burning trash, music, dogs barking, roosters crowing, drift in/out day/night. Didn’t use kitchen but sheets are pilled/synthetic. Also, one way car service from airport is $60-70. The hotel operators will tell you that it’s $90 and ask you to pay them (not the driver) directly. There are several taxi stands within blocks if you don’t want to be hustled.
M	Mark Rulli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nico and Mary are great hosts. The rooftop terrace has amazing view and a great place to relax. The room was clean and large, had a complete kitchen. The shower was both hot and great pressure. It was a perfect week and highly reccomend staying there.

Mary and Nico were phenomenal hosts and were quick with local information and advice, and the availability of surfboards, sunscreen and "honour beverages" were a nice touch. I'd stay there again in a heartbeat!

A beautiful place to lie down and enjoy the perfect weather and sound of waves. Nico and Mary were perfect host. Tons of things to do, and a stretch of amazing restaurants just a 5 minute walk. We loved our stay, and will be returning soon.
