★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad muy mala calidad de servicio reserve con un mes de anticipación. Y confirme dos días antes de estar. Llegó el día reservado y me dicen que no tengo reservación. Y que no tienen habitaciones aún cuando formalmente me dijeron que estaba listo. La recepcionista muy grosera y prepotente no resuelve nada. Ya analizando los comentarios vi muchos que eran malos aún así confíe y me quedaron mal para un evento deportivo ya estando en la ciudad. No lo recomiendo simplemente por la calidad humana que tienen
The truth is very poor quality of service, book a month in advance. And confirm two days before being. The reserved day arrived and they tell me I don't have a reservation. And they don't have rooms yet when they formally told me it was ready. Very rude and pushy receptionist does not solve anything. After analyzing the comments, I saw many that were bad, even so, trust me and they looked bad for a sporting event already being in the city.
