Good points, reasonable rates, Fast WiFi, AC worked well, amazing view of the Ocean which was great for sunsets, good location with many great restaurants and coffee shop and convenience store within walking distance. Bad points: No elevator, Very noisy from traffic noise and also they were renovating while we were there in the courtyard being very noisy well past 9 pm. I would stay there again after they finish their renovations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here for 5 days with my husband and 4 kids. Great service, room was clean when we arrived. They cleaned our room everyday which was good and needed since we have kids. Martin was a great help during our stay there. They gave us towels when needed no extra charge. This was good since we went to the beach and pool. Only bad thing was no parking lot. Parking is a block down and up which you have to pay. They do have someone there all day and cameras. The parking lot customer service was great though very nice people. Willing to stay here again since they have rates and service. Thank you very much for your service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would not recommend. Crazy loud music at ground floor. Uncomfortable beds. Wifi 2mbps (500mbps fibre available for under 1000mxn per month - what ever plan you're on change it)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have stayed here many times over the last 15 years. It used to be my go to spot in Matzatlan but no longer. Swimming pool under construction (no compensation offered) loud music in the courtyard who could sleep, one good thing, they did reimburse my wife for jewelry that went missing, and hotels.com sent us a full credit for the hotel

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Balcony doors don't lock.. look out! ? easy to jump from one to the other. Very noisy. Bands, music etc any time of day. Very polite staff. Bell hop was amazing.
