the ac started leaking on
On the bed we notified them and they said we had to deal with it. Very disappointing for the 600 pesos we spent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is across the street from the bus depot so it is handy for late night arrivals from the airport and easy bus connection in the morning. 5 minute taxi ride from the airport. Nothing fancy and small rooms but spotless and the staff incredibly helpful. We will definitely be staying here when we come in and out of town.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For us it was a handy location to rest up after getting off the plane and before catching a bus the next day on short notice. A nice clean quiet room with AC and comfortable beds at a decent price. No towels, but we probably could have asked for them if needed.
Edit: a year late and this is still a great budget place in my opinion. It's close to a major road and bus routes, close to both the bus station and the airport. You do ask for towels at the desk. They are available starting in the afternoon.
