Location is good, right in downtown. Parking is small and limited. Rooms are spacious, but hotel tells its age in various aspects such as layouts, and decor.

Great place to stay. Very safe. Just in the center of the city. Except for the bells of the churchs around it(didnt bother me at all). Great food. Ask the Server for items that are not in the menu and the chef will surprise you all time. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Also street vendors for those that want to experience popular mexican flavors. Best Mole sauce ever in Mexico is made in the hotel's restaurant. Take a walk and visit the Cathedral and the other churchs. Very quit town. Would recomend to any foreigner for a nice stay. Wifi may give you Hard times in the night.

This hotel is well located in downtown Lagos de Moreno. You can walk 30 meters to ho to the Church that shows its beautifulness made of Cantera. Taxies service is offeted in between the Church and Hotel where local snavks are offered. The Hotel offers a delivious and cheap breakfast having tables on the street and inside the building. The rooms are comfortable with clean bathrooms. It has a small bar offering tequila

(in 5 months in mexico i have seen none better - or at a better price)

We travel to Mexico every year, we always meet up for breakfast here. This year we decided to stay a night at this hotel. Everything went ok, nothing luxurious but they did have AC. The day of check out we asked if we can get a later check out, the front desk told us that was no way possible. When we left, a few hours later we remembered my husband left his ring and we immediately called, the front desk told us the ladies who clean were gone to call back the next morning. Called back the next morning the lady told me they store everything they find but the cleaning ladies were once again not there so for us to call back. Called several times and received the same answer. Finally almost 3 weeks later they told me the cleaning ladies had found nothing in the room. Knowing exactly where we had left the ring either the cleaning crew doesn't fully clean or it was easily placed in one of their pockets. Margarita (front desk) explained they always have the guest stay a little after check out so someone can inspect the room and make sure there were no items left. LIE no one ever offered that to us, she said we were in a rush, LIE again we had asked for a late check out because we had no rush. She also said they let internationals check in/out early, lie again we did fly international and had no options on early or late check in/out. Will most definitely no longer be visiting on our next trip. Husbands ring has no other value than sentimental, it's gone and that we can live with but instead of giving us the run around for almost 3 weeks they could of let us know it was not found on one of the many phone calls made. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Great restaurant with delicious food, but the hotel services terrible!!, no air conditioner for 1 week, my iron was rusty and I stained my clothes ruining it. One day I had no water and I couldn´t take my shower in the morning, so I assisted to my work without taking my shower. In the gym the workout machines do not work 100% OK, many failures. I really do not recommend this hotel unless they change their administration. It´s a shame because it is a nice place, well located, very quaint and they ruin all of that with the bad service.

Not worth the price. Poor communication between management and guest. Misleading info provided re: amenities. Handful of local chanels. Need a code that management wouldnt provide to see cable. Seen much better room at half the price. You can hear neighboring guests. Very bad experience staying at this motel..

Great place in the center of city. Lots of restaurants nearby. Only negative is for the business traveler. Outlets for phone and laptop are behind desk and nightstand. Would be nice if access was easier.
