Primero, al llegar te atienden con la cara más dura del mundo y como si te hicieran un favor, son muy groseros.
Segundo, las habitaciones estan muy pequeñas y tienen un olor raro, pero no huele a limpio .
Tercero, no se hacen responsables de nada, se tiran el uno al otro la bolita y nunca te resuelven nada.
Por último, el precio que dan es diferente, hablas y te dan un precio y cuando llegas te dicen no y te dan un precio más elevado.
NO VAYAN.
Lousy place.
First, when you arrive they treat you with the toughest face in the world and as if they were doing you a favor, they are very rude.
Second, the rooms are very small and have a strange smell, but it does not smell clean.
Third, they are not responsible for anything, they throw the ball at each other and they never solve anything for you.
Finally, the price they give is different, you talk and they give you a price and when you arrive they say no and they give you a higher price.
DO NOT GO.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El día de ayer nos alojamos en ese hotel mi madre, mi esposo y yo, el trato fué cordial pero la habitación parecía q no la limpiaron había colillas de cigarro tal vez de clientes anteriores y una de las sobre cama tenía manchas de sangre, el baño tenía un olor desagradable y al ir al baño me percaté q ese olor provenía del cesto de papeles, deja mucho q desear la limpieza del hotel, podrán tener distintivos de limpieza y lo q sea pero no lo parece, luego fuimos a buscar tomar café en el comedor y el café era de un día antes, estaba frío totalmente, una persona puso a calentar la cafetera, se medio calentó y lo servimos y ohhh el café sabia horrible y lo regresamos, además el comedor súper sucio, definitivamente no lo recomiendo
Yesterday my mother, my husband and I stayed in that hotel, the treatment was cordial but the room seemed to not be cleaned, there were cigarette butts perhaps from previous clients and one of the bed had blood stains, the The bathroom had an unpleasant smell and when I went to the bathroom I realized that the smell came from the wastebasket, the cleanliness of the hotel leaves a lot to be desired, they may have cleaning badges and whatever but it doesn't seem like it, then we went to get coffee in the dining room and the coffee was from the day before, it was completely cold, a person put the coffee pot on, it got half hot and we served it and ohhh the coffee tasted horrible and we returned it, also the dining room was super dirty, I definitely do not recommend it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Normalmente solía hospedarme en ese hotel ya sea por la empresa y de placer , pero tuve una pésima experiencia , se metió un ratón a la habitación el cual se anduvo paseando y al avisar a recepción solo les causa gracia en el estado de desesperación que yo estaba porque son una persona con fobia a esos animales , les pedí que me cancelaran las noches que ya tenía pagadas y su respuesta fue que ellos no podían hacer nada y que procediera como quisiera , que ese no era su problema el no tener yo donde quedarme a pesar de que fue un mal servicio por parte de ellos !!! No lo recomiendo para nada ya !!! Pésimo servicio del gerente , de los empleados no tengo nada que decir la verdad pero el gerente una persona sin educación burlándose de lo sucedido en lugar de resolverlo de la mejor manera
Normally I used to stay in that hotel either for business or for pleasure, but I had a terrible experience, a mouse got into the room and wandered around and when I told the reception they were only amused by the state of desperation I was in. because they are a person with a phobia of these animals, I asked them to cancel the nights that I had already paid for and their response was that they couldn't do anything and that they proceed as they wished, that it wasn't their problem that I didn't have a place to stay even though it was bad service on their part!!! I don't recommend it at all anymore!!! Terrible service from the manager, from the employees I have nothing to say the truth but the manager is an uneducated person making fun of what happened instead of solving it in the best way
