Y el mejor precio en la zona! Very quiet, although the bad weather did not allow to enjoy it to the fullest ... Large room, water at very good pressure and excellent service ...! And the best price in the area!

El agua de la piscina se encontraba sucia y las instalaciones se veían viejas y deterioradas. El área de recepción se encontraba desordenado. La habitación era cómoda pero se encontraba en pésimas condiciones, debajo de la cama se encontraba sucio con restos de cabello y empaques de plástico, las puertas de algunas gabetas se caían, el cancel del baño estaba roto. La televisión no tenia señal Cúando llegamos sin embargo lo arreglaron solo cuentan con canales de televisión abierta. El personal era muy amable y resolvían cualquier inconveniente sin embargo había un señor del personal que todo el tiempo estuvo sin camisa y desaliñado pudiéndose confundir con cualquier huésped del hotel. It is more than three kilometers from a populated area and does not have any store or self-service. The pool water was dirty and the facilities looked old and dilapidated. The reception area was untidy. The room was comfortable but it was in terrible condition, under the bed it was dirty with traces of hair and plastic packaging, the doors of some drawers were falling, the bathroom door was broken. The television had no signal. When we arrived, however, they fixed it, they only have open television channels. The staff was very friendly and they solved any problem, however there was a man on the staff who was shirtless and scruffy all the time and could be mistaken for any hotel guest.

It lacks affection, maintenance, the normal thing in a property with more than 14 years of experience and daily use of a Hotel on the beach of the Yucatecan Coasts ??
p	patricia Cervera on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La habitación sencilla pero limpia. Precio justo para el cuarto. Desafortunadamente la piscina estaba vacía y el agua del chapoteadero muy sucia. El mar está lejitos pero el problema no es la distancia, sino que no es un camino directo y hay que pasar por unas partes donde no hay casas solo unos matorrales x lo que es peligroso Simple but clean room. Fair price for the room. Unfortunately the pool was empty and the water in the wading pool very dirty. The sea is far away but the problem is not the distance, but it is not a direct path and you have to go through parts where there are no houses, only some bushes, which is dangerous

E	Eduardo Cruz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desagradable experiencia y atención por parte del Sr. Luis "N", dándome una habitación sin llave (por qué se extravió por la mañana) sin informar del tema durante el resto del día hasta llegar al hotel por la noche. Afortunadamente se devolvió el monto de la habitación, sin embargo creo que hay que ser más empático e informar al huésped para evitar contratiempos y perdida de tiempo hasta Chelem, la fachada del lugar da mucho que desear, espero vuelva a tener mejor vista como empezó. Unpleasant experience and attention from Mr. Luis "N", giving me a room without a key (because it was lost in the morning) without reporting the issue for the rest of the day until arriving at the hotel at night. Fortunately, the amount of the room was returned, however I think you have to be more empathetic and inform the guest to avoid mishaps and waste of time until Chelem, the facade of the place leaves much to be desired, I hope it returns to have a better view as it started.
