★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place has gone down hill first in a room with no cable and broken ac then moved to a room with no toilet seat. I can see they are working on it but they let things go too far

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paid to stay overnight but as we got out a couple of people approach this and said that we was going to have to pay for the items we had and I'll vehicle they asked how much have we paid at customs I told him 3, 000 pesos they said that we was going to have to pay them too and they were going to talk to the bus or we got back to the hotel those two guys the same two guys and they asked us to pay 1800 pesos
We had to pay 1500 pesos well I stay at the hotel again probably not I'm afraid we ask for our money back that would give it to us at the hotel so we left anyway not a good experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed here the first weekend in February 2021this hotel is ok for a quick stay. The hotel looks very different than in this pictures they show here. We got a 2 bed room the AC was making a loud sound and water all over the floor. They had to give us a new room which was better. If you stay here you will not sleep you can hear all the cars and noise on the main street. I will not stay here again the pool is not working and very dirty. No good towels bring your own. No shampoo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For this to be a $60 dollar/$1,200 pesos hotel, I expected this place to be more adequate for tourists.
Towels , toilet, furniture, mattresses & linen need to be replaced ASAP.
Room with fleas & funky odors.
You can tell right away that their rooms are not being clean nor sanitized.
It was a very unpleasant experience, my family from Mexico traveled all the way here to spend a nice weekend and our stay there was a HUGE DISSAPOINMENT.
