Hotel Las Gardenias - 77500 Cancún

El hotel está ubicado en el centro y es muy asequible a ir para diferentes lugares, además de que está cerca a la estación de buses ADO. El hotel tiene mal servicio, desde la recepción y cumplimiento de servicios. No tuvimos buena experiencia por lo cual no lo recomiendo ya que no mantienen los precios acordados y tampoco les interesa si uno se queja o no, no buscan soluciones , solo cobran y ya.

Pésima administración, tienen atendiendo hasta a la señora de la limpieza. Te cobran comisión por cobro con tarjeta cuando esto es mas que claro que es una mala práctica en México y que puede ser sancionada, te cobran deposito de $200.00 pesos por si "rompes algo" y te van a golpear la puerta desde temprano para que desocupes la habitación antes de las 12. NO LO RECOMIENDO pero ni de broma y me voy derecho a poner una queja por malas prácticas en SECTUR.

And this guy charles Abreu yo probably esperes that way because you went to Cancun from usa and went to speculate were the Cuban people with all the sacrifice go and buy to take to cuba and make some money To live better he is probably one of the Cuban from miami the don’t have nothing and work only to go to cuba and feel like a king (especular ) you need to grow up

This was my third stay here this year. My previous 2 experience was better. Now the price of the room been raised by 50pesos, which I understand. It includes breakfast. But...the breakfast is a joke. Sorry to say this, here is my experience: first day breakfast got two "coffee" without asked what we would like with 2slices of bread and an egg. Second day we got 2 slices of toast ? and they asked if we want juice or chocolate milk - coffee is not allowed in the included breakfast apparently. Third day got a super dry bread with probably half an egg omelette, when I asked for juice they said its not allowed in the "free" breakfast, so got two chocolate milk. I mean seriously??? It was a joke. Other than that the rooms are still good, with aircon, smart tv, hot shower. In this last room the bed was not too comfy but still ok. One more thing, one of the receptionist is so super loud, when he talks he shouts, he has his phone on speaker and shouting back to reply, also has friends or family staying with him at afternoon to entertain him I guess and they get very loud up till around 11pm. (He also doesn't have the impression of a friendly person.) So if you are in bed early ask for a room upstairs.

This is a nice, clean and comfortable hotel. Great wifi connections in the room that ease working remote or binge on movies. A proper working fridge and air-con room. Very helpful receptionists and friendly staff.

Terrible. Address on maps wrong, was unable to find it in the dark and the hotel was no help whatsoever when I called and emailed to say I was lost. Took ages to check in. They don't let you take your key with you when you go out. They also don't man the desk properly and I was stuck waiting out front for ages after popping out. Shower was cold.

1. Not worth the money paid. 2. Most of the staff doesn’t speak English. 3. They tried to charge extra amount for card transaction, which I refused to pay. 4. They first denied the breakfast. I had to convince them showing my booking. They gave the breakfast (1 glass of juice or milk and 2 slices of toasted bread). when I asked an additional bread, they said you have got to pay additional. They dont even give water for free. There is no tap or dispenser either. 5. Their security is a nightmare. Access to the main door is behind the front desk and could only operated by receptionist. Each time you want to go out or come in, they have to operate it for you. One night I came late from the club and they had shut the front door completely and I had to spent more than an hour outside for them to open up. 6. They tag your wrist for the duration of your stay which is uncomfortable and is too much for a hotel 7. Lastly, they gave us a room with no windows and low lighting
