★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al entrar al cuarto pude percatarme de las sabanas manchadas de quien sabe que cosa, la cerradura de la puerta esta oxidada no me dieron la llave correcta tuve que ir a reclamar, la puerta de entrada aparte de oxidada no cierra con facilidad, se traba, esta rota con silicon el marco de plastico y el vidrio, en el lavabo del baño no habia agua, habia una colcha doblada encima de un mueble, las cortinas se caen por el peso de la tela teniendo como soporte una cosita de plastico, la puerta de madera que separa los 2 cuartos de una mini suit, esta desvalanceada y hay que cerrar/abrir con bastante fuerza, los cuartos cuentan con clima.
Las regaderas para quitarse la arena no tiene la sufiente presion.
Tardan +35min para servir una comida.
La alberca esta chida, no irrita por el cloro.
Upon entering the room I was able to notice the stained sheets of who knows what, the door lock is rusty they did not give me the correct key I had to go to claim, the entrance door apart from rusty does not close easily, it locks, the plastic frame and the glass are broken with silicone, in the bathroom sink there was no water, there was a folded quilt on top of a piece of furniture, the curtains fall off due to the weight of the fabric having as a support a little plastic thing, the door of wood that separates the 2 rooms of a mini suit, is unbalanced and must be closed / opened with enough force, the rooms have weather.
The watering cans to remove the sand do not have enough pressure.
It takes + 35min to serve a meal.
The pool is cool, it does not irritate due to chlorine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No lo recomiendo esta muy deteriorado todo, la tv no servía, el control del aire acondicionado no tenía baterías, los accesorios del baño y en cuarto rotos, bastante caro y malo, la comida está muy buena, tardan un poco pero vale la pena.
No resuelven nada de las problemática aún les hagas llegar la información, deja mucho que desear el hotel, el restaurante "la Habana" excelente, calidad y servicio, pero no se hospeden aquí.
I do not recommend it, everything is very run down, the TV did not work, the air conditioning control had no batteries, the bathroom accessories and the room were broken, quite expensive and bad, the food is very good, they take a while but it is worth it.
They do not solve any of the problems even if you send them the information, the hotel leaves much to be desired, the restaurant "La Habana" excellent, quality and service, but do not stay here.
