★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tremendous location. Can't beat the price. But standards for comfort are low, the nights can be extremely loud due to neighboring bars and the building itself is old, dirty and unattractive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can't beat 100 pesos and wifi for one person. Only problem I really had is the bathroom's smell. Since the bathroom has no windows there's no ventilation unless its intentional. It's right on the beach though and short walk to everything. I'm icky about bathrooms so I won't stay there again but if it wasn't for that it seems fine for low budget.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The AC was brand new the internet worked great it has hot water is right on the beach with parking. It is an excellent value for the money, 350 pesos a night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location right on the beach and super nice view from the 3rd floor (see pics). Our room with a fan (no AC) cost 200 pesos for two people and had two double beds in it. It's not very spacious, but there's hot water for showers in the attached bathroom. They give each person a code for the WiFi at check in which is good for 24hrs. The signal is strong, but the speed is not super fast. Very helpful staff.
