Después de instalarme fuí a desayunar con mi familia, regresando del desayuno al cuarto, la encargada me dice que tengo que entregar el cuarto ya que lo habían reservado y "no se habían dado cuenta". Hasta ahora, es la peor experiencia en cualquier tipo de servicio que me han dado. El Hotel no cuenta con TV ni Wifi. El wifi tiene que rentarse en otro establecimiento y tampoco me pudieron dar el servicio, después de dos intentos por conectarme a la Red, tuvieron que devolverme mi dinero. Repito, pésimo servicio. Terrible service. I requested a room on Friday 02/04/2022 at approximately 07:00 for two days. After settling in I went to have breakfast with my family, returning from breakfast to the room, the manager tells me that I have to deliver the room since they had reserved it and "they hadn't noticed". So far, it is the worst experience in any type of service that I have been given. The Hotel does not have TV or Wi-Fi. The wifi has to be rented in another establishment and they couldn't give me the service either, after two attempts to connect to the network, they had to give me my money back. I repeat, terrible service.
E	Edgar David Morales on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El día que nos hospedamos allí, estaba muy tranquilo (creo que éramos los únicos en el hotel), la habitación que nos asignaron estaba en el segundo piso, tenía aire acondicionado, una pantalla en la que solo se veía un canal y no cuenta con internet (en general esa playa no tiene señal ni telefónica), estaba austera, dentro de lo que cabe, estaba limpio, la habitación tenía cama king size. La ducha solo lanzaba un chorro de agua (como si fuera manguera). Pedimos quedarnos una hora más y nos cobraron $100 MXN extra. El hotel tiene estacionamiento dentro. The day we stayed there, it was very quiet (I think we were the only ones in the hotel), the room we were assigned was on the second floor, it had air conditioning, a screen that only showed one channel and no internet (in general, that beach has no signal or telephone), it was austere, as far as it would go, it was clean, the room had a king size bed. The shower only launched a jet of water (as if it were a hose). We asked to stay an hour longer and were charged an extra $100 MXN. The hotel has parking inside.
