It seems like a good place to stay if you are un town for business, excelent location.

For group of people it's good to stay... Looks cheap . Comfortable stay. Decent restaurant with Mexican food.

Great location. Very accommodating staff. Hotel seems to be going through some renovations...which is a good thing.

Nice place, it’s our 4th night. Planning to stay 6 total. Our second time in Guadalajara visiting and enjoying their beautiful places and enjoying their super nice weather!!! Living in El Paso,TX/ Cd Juárez, Chihuahua!!!!!, can’t compare this weather with the one there at our house. Nice rooms, great people all around here at Las pergolas. Clean, comfortable and noiseless all around!!! Definitely will recommend this Hotel and definitely will come back in the future, first God.

Terrible, dirty, unorganized and lousy. You should pick this place only if all other hotels are fully booked and if the o my alter arrive you have is sleeping under a bridge. I don't even understand the 'Mexican" clarification of stars since this is announced as a 4-star hotel and does not even look like a one-star salvation army dorm.

This is the nastiest hotel I've ever stayed at (and I've stayed at a lot!) Rooms were way outdated, shower was dirty, pool was nasty and green (which was a big deal, since traveling with 3 excited to swim kids) and worst of all there was a huge pee stain and pubic hairs on the sheets. It was late and we were exhausted, so I just put down some blankets we had with us for covering up in the car. The morning when we went to check out, they didn't want to give back the deposit because they found makeup up on a wash cloth. So I decided to complain about the nasty bedding. They said they'd go check it and if I was telling the truth they'd go ahead and return the deposit this time. Obviously, they found the pee stain and after waiting about 45 minutes I was given back my deposit. I wouldn't recommend anyone staying here unless it's the very last choice you have... Infact, I would prefer to stay in my car!

you get what you pay for. this is not a fancy hotel and it is not a bad hotel. it is decent and worth the sleep. if you just need a spot to shower and sleep, this is highly recommended. it is near a bus stop which takes you straight into downtown which was super convenient for us. the surrounding residential area is quiet which is a plus as well when considering getting a hotel

Good, worth the price. It's in one of the best neighborhoods, safe, facilities aren't that bad.
