★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want a romantic place with an excellent view of "El Tepozteco", this is a perfect option. If you want it, you can only visit the restaurant, which has a gorgeous view.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed just for one night, but they let us make an early check-in without extra cost, the staff was really helpful and nice. The location is perfect, between downtown and the Tepozteco mountain. 10 minutes walking each one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If i could give zero stars i would. The incompetent front desk staff charged my credit card account twice totaling in almost 1000 USD. I realized this on my credit card account after departing and tried 5 times to call and text the hotel. They hung up on me each time and after following up with the credit card company to dispute the issue, the hotel has responded that the the double charge of my account is valid. They are completely unprofessional and unorganized. Never visiting again and definitely do not recommend to anyone looking for a hotel in Tepoztlan. Only visit if you don't mind paying double for your hotel stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent location, all the amenities, great breakfast, nice views from the top in this beautiful hotel, the staff is always helpful and ready to solve any issues if you have one, rooms are spacious, and well decorated, nice garden and pool area to relax having a drink from the bar.
The only thing we noted is that there is no air conditioning in the rooms, we visited during March and the temperatures were really nice, but I can imagine that during summer it might get hot in the rooms.
A great plus is the parking, because if you have been to Tepoztlan, you know that parking can be a struggle

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No air conditioning, just a very very loud fan. Our room had a heavy sewage smell coming from the bathroom that was never fully fixed. And there is also no WiFi or internet in the rooms.
Take all of this into account if you have other options!
