★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se tardaron en entregar la habitación 40 min, el lobby es bonito pero las habitaciones no tienen ventilador, la tele parece decoración, el diseño del baño es ridículo, lavamanos dentro de la regadera y una ventana al pasillo? 800 por noche se hace caro para lo que ofrece, hay mejores opciones cerca del centro al mismo precio, nada espectacular, recomendaría ir a otro hotel y buscar mejor opciones
It took 40 min to deliver the room, the lobby is nice but the rooms do not have a fan, the TV looks like decoration, the bathroom design is ridiculous, a sink inside the shower and a window to the corridor? 800 per night becomes expensive for what it offers, there are better options near the center at the same price, nothing spectacular, I would recommend going to another hotel and looking for better options

Pero buen trato especialmente de la recepcionista.
All excellent except that the rooms were a bit expensive and very small.
But good treatment especially from the receptionist.

This hotel is safe, clean, and affordable. Its location seems excellent to me, just a few steps from the Zócalo of the city. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help you.
