Estoy decepcionado de este hotel, el cuarto que me tocó tuvo un sin fin de problemas, el baño esta despegado (se movía), la agarradera de la puerta principal se caía al piso literalmente, no había agua caliente y no se miraba la TV, lo peor es que fui a comentarle a recepción y mandaron a una señora gorda grosera que me dijo “si no le gusta, a una cuadra esta otro hotel váyase para alla”. Creo que lo más importante es tratar bien al huésped, ya que nosotros mismos recomendamos estos lugares. NO RECOMIENDO ESTE HOTEL
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL. I am disappointed in this hotel, the room that touched me had endless problems, the bathroom is detached (it moved), the handle of the front door literally fell to the floor, there was no hot water and I did not watch TV, The worst thing is that I went to tell the reception and they sent a rude fat lady who told me "if you don't like it, this other hotel is one block away." I think the most important thing is to treat the guest well, since we ourselves recommend these places. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL

My room smelled like sewage, the location of the hotel is super good, super hard and noisy beds
