★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a beautiful place to relax with an excellent view of the city. Two towers of 5 and 6 floors with indivual or double beds per room. A great hall from events like weddings with natural gardens and open roof. A pool and gym to complete your experience.

Also breakfast is not included in the price it’s actually wird.
The room is extremely large but there is no a bathrobe and slippers. I see it the first time...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The outside is beyond beautiful! We truly enjoyed the scenery, the plants, and the restaurant on the land. (I could go on about how AMAZING the restaurant is!- the food, the service, the presentation.) The inside of our rooms were not amazing unfortunately but they made do! There is lots of room which we enjoyed, but the image needs fixed up and some things are cracked & falling apart. Overall, wonderful place and I would probably stay again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could put no stars I would. I’m flabbergasted that the lady at reception was extremely rude since it’s a 4 star hotel. They advertise that their pool is open when it’s certainly not. Of course their excuse due to covid BUT on their Instagram they posted a picture of their pool saying “come book us now” basically so why advertise the pool if it’s not open. Spend your money elsewhere. What a waste. Very disappointing. Really wanted to like this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady at the front desk was very rude to my daughters and she apparently lied about the pool being closed during our staying. We were told that we could not use the barbecue grills either. Additionally, when I booked the hotel the daily rate was $58 a night but we ended up paying $88 a night. I cannot understand why this lady was that rude and nonetheless why she lied about the pool.
We were given a complementary one night staying once my daughter left a bad review.
Be careful renting this place. It’s a nice place but some people there are rude and untrustworthy.
I would not go back there again.
