The hotel is modest, but comfortable, offering amenities like water and more. It does not have internal parking, but the price and quality ratio is more than good.

A very small place. The bathroom are reduced. And I had the misfortune to find small insects. And staying in the entrance next to reception and there was a lot of noise in the early morning.

I give them 3 stars just because there is no place to put your car but everything else is very good attention and cleanliness I recommend it to anyone who wants to spend a happy time in Tehuacán Puebla and the spas

DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE!!!! ????? I made a reservation through Booking with them and traveled from very far to get to Tehuacán. They had my phone and email and at no time did they contact me to tell me that they no longer had rooms. I arrived at dawn after driving for several hours and already tired. In a very despotic way, not at all attentive and completely indifferent, they told me that a few minutes ago they had given the last room (that is, when I booked they did have rooms but they did NOT respect my reservation). I asked to speak to the owner and he told me there was nothing he could do, to go downtown to find another hotel (at 3 am). I travel a lot and they had NEVER done anything like this to me, the worst thing is that they didn't even apologize or anything, the WORST attention I've ever received. Think twice before booking this place!!!
