This hotel is just amazing… from the smooth check in to the check out. Our room was wonderful with the balcony, the small kitchen, the hamack, the breachfast was the best I had in my life and I’ve been in beautiful places in tge past. The chef is just amazing. We enjoyed the 2 swimming pool, the areas in the hotel to have a drink or lunch and dinners. The service was great, the people so welcoming. The prices are more than affordable for that kind of services. Well , as you can see we had a wonderful time there. If you come to Valladolid this is worth to stay there. We had a surprise waiting for us at 6am in front of our door. I won’t say what it was, I let you discover it. First time in my life and I traveled a lot in beautiful places much more expensive and never experienced that before.. thank you so much we will keep those wonderful souvenirs and hope we will back to your place soon. Please, thank all your staff, they were amazing. Sabine et Dune.

Nice hotel in Valladolid - we only stayed 1 night. Service was good, although some difficulties with understanding English (understandable). Bar service was great, the cocktails were delicious. Beautiful pools in front and back - both fairly cold so be prepared! Only reason for 4* is the wifi is not ideal across the site, so we had very poor wifi signal from our room - signal got better in the communal areas but still very slow.

Pleasant hotel with good staff but some idiot designer thought a hole in the floor/ceiling as an indoor garden would be a good idea. Spent part of the evening listening to the Germans downstairs romping. I suppose it depends on the room allocation. Couldn't check in until 3.45pm as room not cleaned. Next day room not cleaned and I had to chase them at 2.10pm and again at 2.40pm. However recommended just to discover how another designer has managed to screw up the design for a knife. Actually this is a nice hotel with the one (major) design flaw and probably has a staff shortage at the moment. However disappointing.

A really beautiful hotel with great attention to detail and welcoming, fantastic staff. Brilliant cocktails as well! No noise insulation in the room so very hard to sleep if you’re jetlagged and want an early nap. But that fixes itself after 10pm when the hotel becomes completely quiet.

Cute little boutique hotel, service was very friendly, including the staff at the restaurant. The hotel itself is really nicely created, with lots of vegetation that makes it feel very natural. It’s really nicely decorated which adds to the ambience. We found the beds huge and the room very clean. There is also a restaurant called Kuxub at the hotel which offers reasonably priced drinks and food (Mexican with a modern twist)! The hotel also gave us a complimentary cocktail of the day for free when we checked in which was fabulous. The hotel provides secure parking for your car if needed however please note that this car park is not connected directly to the hotel, so definitely recommend you ring the hotel in advance and ask them exactly where it is located address wise, and plan your arrival time with them. There is a security guard at the car park that was also kind enough to escort us to the reception of the hotel after we parked our car. Overall it was a great stay! Would recommend.

Truly the best-decorated boutique hotel I visited in my whole life. The staff is very friendly, kind and helpful. They recommended 5 restaurants to choose from. The room is beautiful, with a walk-in shower and a garment steamer. The only downsides of this place are the following: - Due to the plan of the building, there's very little light on the ground floor. My room was pretty dark, no 103. - Because of those mentioned above, all noise is amplified because of the courtyard setting. During the night, there was a lot of noise from others, and it was pretty frustrating. - Room no 103 is next to some kind of facilities room, that made some noise during the night every 15-20 minutes if you can, avoid that room. Overall, it's a great place close to the city's centre, with a fantastic breakfast and incredible staff.

Truly beautiful hotel. A few too many rooms for me to call is ‘boutique’. Let down by several factors. The most concerning was that there was a constant smell of human waste(plumbing pipes are visible along the edge of the property). The level of noise generated in the mornings by the bartenders getting going is unacceptable especially if you’re staying in their best, most expensive room which is directly above the bar/breakfast area. Although the hotel is listed as child free, any walk-ins of the street wanting to come to the hotel restaurant can bring their kids in which defeats the purpose. Also any walk-ins appear to be able to use the pool services so we ended up having what appeared to be backpackers using the pool and making a noise while we were there. This does not fit in with the high end feeling at all. The parking is some distance away in an excavated ‘quarry-like’ depression. You have to ask a guard to come out of the hotel each time you arrive or leave which is annoying if you just want to come and go with your rental vehicle. This hotel is fairly expensive so I would recommend looking elsewhere for a better experience with more value for money. Would not return.

Beautiful place to stay with a very friendly staff. We had a beautiful and clean room. The hotel has a private parking, you can best check at the reception when you want to park there because it's hard to find it you don't know and it is also locked. Something we missed was a more "simple" breakfast. During our stay in Mexico we tried a lot of different options for breakfast but sometimes we needed just some toast or simple dish. Would definitely recommend this hotel!
