Pedimos el servicio al cuarto y la mayoría de comida de la que pidas de la Carta no la tienen.. Nos tardaron más de una hora para dos miserables Sandwich y 2 capuchinos. Y para rematar la persona que me llevo los alimentos nunca regreso con mi cambio.. Que mala atención..de parte de la encargada.. The hotel is very good. The clean and pleasant rooms. They do not respect the prices they have advertised and even less the departure times. We order room service and most of the food you order from the menu they don't have. It took us over an hour for two measly Sandwiches and 2 cappuccinos. And to top it off, the person who took my food never came back with my change ... What bad attention .. from the manager ..

Se supone que si tienen el rol de quién limpio la habítacion saben quién se robo mi cadena. No vivo cerca y tengo q regresar por q ni como comunicarse I left a chain two days ago, I said time and room. Phones that are on the network are useless. I went again.
