The pool is nice and clean, and it is basically empty compared to the other hotels in the area (which is an amazing thing, the other hotel are extremely overcrowded) but the hotel has NO hot water. The other hotels nearby at least have lukewarm water. This hotel - ice water for your shower. The "plus" room consisted of a tiny bedroom with a queen sized bed, and one bathroom. Very small but pretty good prices. Overall, it's a decent hotel. There's nicer ones in the area, but there are also way worse ones, and this hotel is not as crowded as some of the other luxury hotels.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent place to spend a relaxing one month vacation with family. A five minute walk to the beach. Everything needed is walking distance. Gated parking. The environment is safe, clean & comfortable. My kids enjoyed the pool very much. Got lots of exercise going up and down those stairs but the view is so well worth it. Excellent service from staff. Will definitely return in the near future. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No maid service. No towels. No toilet paper. No wi-fi. 3 days staying in the new part where they keep their gate locked until 7:00 a.m. no matter what the reason.!! WHICH MEANS YOU COULDN'T GET OUT AND USE YOUR CAR OR YOU COULDN'T GO ACROSS THE STREET TO THE BEACH..It felt like I was in prison. Terrible place to stay.DO NOT STAY HERE.
