★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca contestan el teléfono para hacer una reservacion, y cuando responden te dicen que la chica se encuentra en la mañana hasta las 4 y resulta que si marcas en la mañana nunca contesta la chica de recepción que lastima que ya no tengan la misma atención que hace un tiempo atrás, si hicieron cambio de gerencia pongan mucha atención por que mucha gente en especial mi familia buscaba ese hotel para quedarse para la fiesta del pueblo y ahora es muy de verdad lo digo muy difícil poder contactar con el hotel

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llegamos y la habitación apestaba a cigarro.. El techo todo descarapelado por que tienen goteras, las colchas todas deshiladas y la cortina del baño llena de moho. No inventen estaba horrible!! Solo se preocupan porque se vea bien por fuera pero las habitaciones están en condiciones pésimas.
We arrived and the room reeked of cigarettes... The ceiling is all peeling because they have leaks, the bedspreads are all frayed and the bathroom curtain is full of mold. Do not invent it was horrible! They only care about looking good from the outside but the rooms are in terrible condition.
