M	Mary Anne Antonellis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a great place to stay. Close to the center of town and has a fantastic restaurant in the courtyard area. Filled with beautiful plants and great sitting areas throughout the hotel and also rooftop views of Taxco. The rooms are good size and comfortable. The front desk is friendly and very helpful. Very clean and reasonably priced!

They do a lot to take care of the street dogs in Taxco and are pet friendly. I can't wait to go back!! The views from the rooftop are priceless. Rooms are kept immaculately clean. All I can say is "wow". We hiked up to the Cristo monument, which took about an hour up from the hotel. Very close to the city centre. The restaurant is also wonderful.

No one to help you park your car when you arrive, knowing that there is 0 parking spot in the city, only private parkings. Parking that you will have to pay! No one to help you carry your luggage in your room, and there are stairs. No breakfast in the morning, or even coffee. And the best for the end, NO WIFI in the rooms! And the pressure under the shower is terrible. Don’t come here, I’m sure there is a better option.

The rooms are very clean and beds firm and confortable. The different concierge that were in shift during my stay were all very polite and helpful. Will definitely stay here again when in Taxco, Guerrero.
T	Type Poene on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is very accommodating but there is no AC. The nights do get a little hot but because it is mostly stone and with the fan kept in the closet, it is worth the price. As far as sound goes, expect to hear neighbors but it is expected for such a compact city.
D	Daniel Gold on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At first, I was really taken with the hotels charm. However, my experience was anything but charming. The room was incredibly stuffy. The yellow sheets were very hot and seemed to be made out of polyester. In the description on Expedia, there is meant to be a ceiling fan. However, there was only a tower fan that wasn’t nearly strong enough to cool the room. Because of the heat, we had to open the windows which let a bunch of mosquitos into the room. There were no screens on the window. My friend and I woke up covered in bites. Sleeping was made even more difficult by the thin drapes on the window that let light stream into our room from the street all night long. We left early and requested a refund through Expedia. After 3 days, the hotel management responded claiming that we stayed the full two nights and that their sheets are cotton. I would absolutely not recommend.
