★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta lejos del centro, pero solo te tardas 25 min en llegar y lo cambio por estar lejos del bullicio de la zona turistica, te despiertas con el canto de las aves, y en el pueblito tienen una tiendita donde te puedes surtir, la gente es platicadora y parece que no ha pasado el tiempo. Pidan la habitación que esta arriba de la recepción, es nueva, buena cama, tv grande y con cable, internet, una salita para desayunar, buena regadera. La comida del restaurante esta masomenos y la alberca esta fría. Tiene estacionamiento y la recepción esta abierta 24 hrs.
 It is far from the center, but it only takes you 25 minutes to get there and I change it for being away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist area, you wake up with the singing of birds, and in the little town they have a little shop where you can stock up, the people are talkative and it seems that time has not passed. Ask for the room that is above the reception, it is new, a good bed, a large TV with cable, internet, a breakfast room, a good shower. The food in the restaurant is less and the pool is cold. It has parking and the reception is open 24 hours.

Very quiet to spend a relaxing time with your family or if you want to go to get away from the bustle of the city and excellent service at the hotel, I totally recommend it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente lugar, todo muy limpio y cómodo el único detalle es que por la mañana el sol entra por el tragaluz de la puerta y da justo en tu cama y no hay forma de evitarlo, si deseas dormir más esto ya no te permite hacerlo.
El desayuno excelente, el trato y la amabilidad de los chicos que atienden es excepcional.
La mesa de billar definitivamente necesita mantenimiento.

Excellent place, everything very clean and comfortable the only detail is that in the morning the sun enters through the skylight of the door and hits your bed and there is no way to avoid it, if you want to sleep more this no longer allows you to do it.
The excellent breakfast, the treatment and kindness of the guys who serve is exceptional.
The pool table is definitely in need of maintenance.

Mejoraría con mantenimiento.
La alberca muy linda pero descuidada. La regadera con poca presión de agua por falta de limpieza. Lo reporté, lo arreglaron y quedó mejor. Sin agua caliente. El gimnasio desarmado.
Eso sí, el servicio de José, muy bueno. Muy atento y servicial.

The pool is very nice but neglected. The shower with low water pressure due to lack of cleaning. I reported it, they fixed it and it was better. No hot water. The gym dismantled.
Of course, José's service, very good. Very attentive and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely confused with this hotel. Everyone was friendly. The rooms were large and luxurious. But we had the impression that this was a fake hotel that tried very hard to pretend being an actual hotel. It is in the middle of nowhere (which is perfect if you want to avoid guests). The only other family that stayed overnight looked fake as well (or at least looked as if they were just living there). There were power cords in the shower, no railing on the balcony (because no one actually ever stayed in this hotel?). Only instant coffee at an otherwise fine breakfast (because no one actually ever drinks coffee here?). No one knew how to work the computer or credit card terminal at the reception and when we tried to pay cash there was no change (because no one actually ever pays here?). The receptionist/waiter/? asked some neighbor for money and in the end we payed less than we had to ... because there really was no change. The place was extremely cheap for what it offered to begin with. Well kept grounds. Clean rooms. But did we mention no railing on the balcony? (Don't let your kids out there!) Anywho, the place was perfect for what we needed: a good and cheap bed not too far away from Edzna.
