★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio, el sistema de aire acondicionado es deficiente, baños tapados y a veces no tiene agua caliente, con cucarachas en los cuartos. Hay mejores opciones de hospeje en Ciudad del Carmen por este costo. Al menos yo no volveré a hospedarme en este lugar. No lo recomiendo.
Very bad service, the air conditioning system is deficient, clogged bathrooms and sometimes there is no hot water, with cockroaches in the rooms. There are better lodging options in Ciudad del Carmen for this cost. At least I will not stay in this place again. I do not recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por el momento puedo decir que es un Hotel barato sencillo sin comodidades pero por el precio no se puede pedir más con colchones muy acabados y vencidos clima no enfría pero se utiliza para pasar la noche es más que suficiente, ojalá vea mejoras en hotel .
At the moment I can say that it is a simple cheap Hotel without amenities but for the price you cannot ask for more with very finished mattresses and expired climate does not cool but it is used to spend the night it is more than enough, I hope I see improvements in the hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente servicio para mi ya es una tradicion venir y hospedarme en este que tiene mas de 20 años si no me equivoco cerca estan varios establecimientos y restaurantes no batallo por comida y sobretodo el buen trato.
