The pool was super dirty, the water was literally green, the double room only gives you two towels, the mattresses are even springs out, there was no hot water, they do not give you control of the television or password. R	Rogelio Ramirez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solo hicimos uso del area recreativa (alberca y chapoteadero), el agua tenia un poco de basurita, pero aceptable ya que cuentan con regaderas para bañarse despues del uso de la alberca. Un lugar bonito para sacar fotos y disfrutar de un dia caluroso, a escasos kilometros de la entrada a la ciudad de Petlalcingo. We only made use of the recreational area (pool and wading pool), the water had a bit of garbage, but acceptable since they have showers to bathe after using the pool. A nice place to take photos and enjoy a hot day, a few kilometers from the entrance to the city of Petlalcingo.

Le presento mi experiencia: -- la alberca esta super sucia y no se puede usar -- mosquitos en las habitaciones por lo mismo -- el timbre del hotel truena directamente en las habitaciones y te despierta -- el agua caliente no sirve -- el wifi casi no sirve y pasé varias horas pidiéndoles la clave que no te la dan al entrar Además había un bautizo en el patio el día que llegué y no dejaron de temblar el hotel hasta la 1:30am aunque el hotel me había asegurado que para las 12 se irían (y eso cuando las horas de silencio comienzan a las 10 regularmente). "Me dio precio" el dueño de 350 la noche en vez de 400 pero aún a 350 es una estafa (y fijate que una habitación normal sale en 500). Luego su empleado hasta me despertó la siguiente mañana para pasarme tarjetas del hotel para promover sus servicios. Es chiste o qué? Entre el timbre y la fiesta ni pude lograr dormir la noche aca. Les doy 2 estrellas en vez de 1 porque la compañera de limpieza, Verónica, es muy buena onda y me ayudó mejorar la experiencia lo más que pudiera. Staying here is a mistake. There are other hotels/motels in Petlalcingo that cost the same or less. I present my experience: -- the pool is super dirty and cannot be used -- mosquitoes in the rooms for the same -- the hotel bell rings directly in the rooms and wakes you up -- hot water is useless -- the wifi is almost useless and I spent several hours asking them for the password that they don't give you when you enter Also there was a baptism in the courtyard the day I arrived and they didn't stop shaking the hotel until 1:30am even though the hotel had assured me that by 12 they would be gone (and that's when quiet hours start at 10 regularly). The owner "gave me a price" of 350 a night instead of 400 but even at 350 it's a scam (and notice that a normal room costs 500). Then his employee even woke me up the next morning to hand me hotel cards to promote his services. Is it a joke or what? Between the bell and the party I couldn't even sleep the night here. I give them 2 stars instead of 1 because the cleaning partner, Verónica, is very cool and helped me improve the experience as much as she could.
