★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un hotel muy bonito y único. En particular, he tenido unas muy buenas estancias ahí, pues es un lugar tranquilo, con jardines, alberca... estás en contacto con la naturaleza.
El único detalle, es el restaurante que no estaba en servicio esta última vez, pero porque eramos muy pocos clientes. Comprendo que no les conviene. Además estás a unos 300 mts de la Media Luna, ahí puedes comer comida típica.
Por ahí hay una opinión de mal servicio. Estoy en completo desacuerdo, pues si dan buen trato al cliente.
 It is a very nice and unique hotel. In particular, I have had some very good stays there, because it is a quiet place, with gardens, a pool... you are in contact with nature.
The only detail is the restaurant that was not in service this last time, but because we were very few customers. I understand that it doesn't suit you. You are also about 300 meters from the Media Luna, there you can eat typical food.
There is an opinion of bad service out there. I completely disagree, because if they treat the client well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is lovely, beautiful gardens and if you are going to the media luna it is perfect. HOWEVER, this would have gotten 5 stars if they had mentioned that the a/c must be asked for and its extra $$; they gave us a price of $250 then $150 for a/c when in other hotels it is included in the price... That seemed a little suspicious as to the extra charge and the fact that they do not give you a receipt unless you constantly ask for it.
Also, the food is NOT prepared there at their "restaurant" it is reheated there but bought and made in the next village which is rioverde and they bring it to you... And to get to the hotel it takes 7km to get to by a dirt road and VERY secluded... We checked out the next day- be real with us and we will be real with you too. :/

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location very near to Media Luna. New and modern little houses and vast green territory. There is also a children playground, a restaurant for breakfasts and its own river.
After my second stay I should admit that the restaurant is very disappointing by its low and bad service and lack of dishes. Also the swimming pool is not ok.
All in all the place has beautiful and peaceful amenities and would be great for some yoga or meditation workshops.
