★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le hace falta mucho mantenimiento al hotel, las albercas siempre están cerradas una hasta parece que el agua está verde , las camas incómodas y no son para nada higiénicos las sábanas quien sabe hasta cuando las cambian me pasó que llegue un día y después de varios días llegué al mismo hotel, nos dieron las mismas recamaras y se nota que no cambian ni siquiera las cobijas, encontré una mancha rara en una almohada sinceramente no lo recomiendo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El peor hotel del mundo sucio viejo feo todo tiene me cobró 4500 por 5 días y cuando le dije que me quedaría solo una noche no me quiso regresar nada le dije que aunque sea la mitad y el dueño encajoso no quiso bueno mejor me fui ni la noche quise pasar hay me fui al hotel canarios ese si súper recomendable al cien no pierdan el tiempo y vallanse al canarios está a espaldas ?es de lujo y cobran lo mismo lo más chistoso ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima, muy mala experiencia. No vale en absoluto lo pagado como tarifa. Las camas son incómodas, las televisiones son muy viejas, prácticamente no sirven y no hay cable como lo prometen, solo hay canales de señal abierta.
Fallas en cuanto a limpieza de áreas comunes, en habitaciones y ni hablar de la alberca; en ellas el agua está verde por la falta de mantenimiento.
Es lamentable que un hotel de tanto tiempo y tradición en Cuernavaca, se encuentre tan descuidado y que la atención a clientes sea muy mala.
Terrible, very bad experience. It is not worth the price paid at all. The beds are uncomfortable, the televisions are very old, practically useless and there is no cable as they promise, there are only open signal channels.
Failures in terms of cleaning common areas, rooms and not to mention the pool; in them the water is green due to lack of maintenance.
It is unfortunate that a hotel with so much time and tradition in Cuernavaca is so neglected and that customer service is very bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El hotel está muy descuidado no le dan mantenimiento huele feo los baños muy descuidados los colchones ni sirven *cero recomendable* lo rentamos por una noche y solo nos quedamos 3 horas y sentados en una silla hay muchos animales alacrán cucarachas y bastantes hormigas la verdad muy mala experiencia............
PERO ESTÁ REVIEN PARA HACER UNA PELÍCULA DE TERROR ??
