J	Jorge Lugo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me hospede el pasado 04 de Diciembre del 2021, por la cantidad de $ 500.00, en la inteligencia de que solo podía utilizar una cama matrimonial de las dos que se encuentran en la habitación, ya que el costo asciende a $ 700.00, en la habitación número 2, la dejé por la presencia de fauna nociva (chinches) a las 200 am ya que fuimos picados en piernas, brazos del cuerpo, personal que labora menciona que ese problema ya había sido expuesto con anterioridad. Hasta el momento nadie del hotel se ha puesto en contacto para aclarar el tema, no se los recomiendo. I stayed last December 04, 2021, for the amount of $500.00, with the understanding that I could only use one double bed of the two that are in the room, since the cost amounts to $700.00, in the room. number 2, I left it due to the presence of harmful fauna (bed bugs) at 200 am since we were bitten in the legs, arms of the body, staff that works mention that this problem had already been exposed previously. So far no one from the hotel has been in contact to clarify the issue, I do not recommend them.

M	Monse Rodríguez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El día 7 de Mayo del 2022, la señora nos indica que nos toca el cajón enfrente de la habitación, fue muy grosera cuando salimos por un momento en la tarde, para el regreso a las 11 pm, nos damos cuenta que la cama está infestada de chinches por lo que nos dirigimos a recepción y nos ofrecen menos de la mitad del dinero para retirarnos y nos comienzan a grabar a mi hermana y a su menor de 4 meses. Nos corren a las 12 pm, y aunque pedimos ayuda de seguridad pública nos corren con las patrullas y nos cierran el zaguán.
