★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo, imposible dormir, tienen disco en el hotel abierta al publico, música muy fuerte y gente gritando y haciendo escándalo toda la noche, nunca hay agua caliente, cuando te quieres bañar primero tienes que avisar a un empleado para que prenda el boiler, el internet lo tienen cortado, en la madrugada hay gente tocando la puerta de las habitaciones. Los empleados tienen cero consideración con los huéspedes, se la pasan gritando y haciendo escándalo a todas horas, también en la madrugada.
No recomiendo quedarse en este lugar y menos si van con familia.
 Terrible, impossible to sleep, they have disco in the hotel open to the public, very loud music and people screaming and making a fuss all night, there is never hot water, when you want to bathe first you have to tell an employee to turn on the boiler, the Internet has it cut, in the early morning there are people knocking on the door of the rooms. The employees have zero consideration with the guests, they go by screaming and making scandal at all hours, also at dawn.
I do not recommend staying in this place and less if you go with family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ es buen lugar para pasar la noche, ofrecen lo básico recámara con buenas camas y una tv, mueble para guardar tus pertenencias. Falta colocar teléfonos en las habitaciones, hay una alberca pero el agua estaba sucia estaría bien que se le diera mantto.
It is a good place to spend the night, they offer the basic bedroom with good beds and a TV, furniture to store your belongings. There is a need to put telephones in the rooms, there is a pool but the water was dirty, it would be nice to be given a mantto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La habitación doble realmente es una cama matrimonial y una individual. El agua caliente no la tienes al instante y no hay servicio de cable. Es como para un servicio de entrada y salida. Costo por noche de 550 pesos.
The double room really is a double bed and a single bed. You don't have hot water instantly and there is no cable service. It is like for an entry and exit service. Cost per night of 550 pesos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No lo recomiendo solo nos quedamos una noche y cuando mi hijo se iba a bañar en la mañana no había agua caliente fue mi hija a recepción a decir que no había agua caliente según iban a checar pasaron 15 minutos y nada, volví a ir a la recepción y la chica estaba platicando con otras personas y como le dije que aún no había agua caliente se molestó y me dijo que estaba ocupada y que ya iba a checarlo tardaron 3 cuartos de hora para que hubiera agua caliente y solo cayó unos minutos y después ya no cayó agua ni caliente ni fría y mi hijo congelándose en el baño ? y finalmente cuando llegó el agua se tuvo que bañar con agua fría porque ya no salió agua caliente no solo éramos nosotros los afectados fuimos varios total que nos mandaron a otra habitación a bañarnos y cuando llegamos a recoger nuestras cosas la habitación parecía regadera, la habitación que nos dieron era triple abajo estaban 2 camas, arriba otra cama y el baño pues no podíamos subir las escaleras porque estaba escurriendo agua ahí hasta la mitad de la habitación!!!?
I do not recommend it, we only stayed one night and when my son was going to bathe in the morning there was no hot water, my daughter went to reception to say that there was no hot water as they were going to check 15 minutes passed and nothing, I went back to the reception and the girl was talking with other people and as I told her that there was no hot water yet, she got upset and told me that she was busy and that she was going to check it, it took 3 quarters of an hour for there to be hot water and it only fell a few minutes and then No hot or cold water fell and my son freezing in the bathroom ? and finally when the water arrived he had to bathe with cold water because hot water no longer came out, we were not the only ones affected, there were several who sent us to another room to bathe and when we got to pick up our things the room looked like a shower, the room they gave us was triple downstairs there were 2 beds, upstairs another bed and the bathroom because we couldn't climb the stairs because it was draining water there up to the middle of the room !!! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personal amable y servicial. Es necesario pedir alimentos de otros lugares con costo de entrega adicional porque en el hotel no dan ese servicio.
Recomiendo que revisen que tengan agua caliente porque en algunas habitaciones deben habilitarlo con anticipación.
Staff friendly and helpful. It is asking for necessary food from other places charge extra delivery because the hotel does not provide that service.
I recommend you check they have hot water because in some rooms must enable it in advance.
