★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta muy bonito y cómodo el hotel. Solo la alberca no tenía agua termal, estaba templada.
 The hotel is very nice and comfortable. Only the pool did not have thermal water, it was lukewarm.

The cold water leaves much to be desired, everything is clean and good attention, it hurts that the cold water does not allow the hotel to be of higher rank

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen lugar para pasarla en familia, buena ubicación y el precio es accesible, solo que deberían de darle mejor mantenimiento, principalmente a las Albercas y las habitaciones.
Good place to spend time with the family, good location and the price is affordable, only that they should give better maintenance, mainly to the pools and the rooms.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Malo de verdad no lo recomiendo, teles viejitas, camas incómodas, sin ac, el ventilador casi no sopla, nos toco una noche sin luz y sin agua, de verdad que no lo recomiendo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar está viejo, las habitaciones parecen un horno hace más calor dentro de la habitaciones que afuera y el ventilador de techo no da abasto a la habitación. En la habitación que me tocó tuve que hablar 2 veces para que tuviera agua.
The place is old, the rooms look like an oven, it is hotter inside the rooms than outside and the ceiling fan does not keep up with the room. In the room that I had I had to speak twice so that I had water.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There was no hot water the majority of our stay and when we would tell them they would turn it on but then you needed to wait for it to heat. There was also no coffee in the room or in the lobby. I would stay somewhere else if ever in the area again.
