Really bad experience, ugly beds, rooms unclean, bad customer service, dont recommend it at all, find different place to stay if you go to Creel. I can recommend you better places

Even though we paid in advance and called to confirm our stay, they were not expecting us and gave us a room in a different hotel. The other hotel was great. Guess we got lucky.

The hotel stay began with a bumpy ride into a questionable parking lot where we were approached by 3 boys begging for money. There was no office on site. Another guest exiting his room directed us to check in at the little souveneir shop on the corner of the atreet. A young girl checked us in and provided zero instructions. She charged 100 pesos deposit for the 2 keys to our 2 rooms and said we would get the deposit back upon return of the keys. The rooms were tiny, not at all as spacious as they appeared in the photos. The air was musty and a tiny window was the only ventilation. The property next door had 2 German shepherd dogs that barked all night. After little sleep, we woke up early to head to the train station. The store was closed and there was no one available to take our keys. Fortunately we were making a round trip so we figured we would bring the keys back upon our return. When we did, we were told we would not be getting our deposit because they didn't know what happened to the keys. When we explained they were closed and we had to catch the train, they basically said sorry, no deposit back, but thanks anyway for returning the keys. What a scam. I wouldn't recommend this place. There are much better hotels in the area for a similar price and better service and comfort.
