★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aircon leaked massively, dead cockroaches in bathroom, slept on top of sheets because didn't trust the cleanliness of the room. No wifi or internet at all, one useable charging point out of 4. Highly recommended if you are a vagrant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room that we stayed in was in excess humid, more than other rooms in the hotel. They were doing repairs to the plumbing and dirty black water started coming out the faucet, toilet and shower, with no warning. The mosquitos zancudos were more than unbearable. Will not be going back is an understatement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No pictures this time as I could not find anything worth taking a picture. On my arrival there were no towels no hot water, they did not serve breakfast or any other meal. I actually checked out the next day and went somewhere else. In their defense there was a lot of construction ongoing and the place did not seem finished yet. Anyway even finished I would not classify it anything else as a budget hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I reserved only one night for 4 people (2 adults and 2 children) in a double room. Our room had no toilet paper and only 2 towels. When we asked for 2 more towels for our children they refused to give them to us. The receptionist even left while I was still talking and just told me to make a report. Didn't even apologize or tried to make us felt heard. When we asked about places to eat. They just said they didn't know and moved their head back to what they were doing. They don't even know what customer service is. Really bad hotel.
