Hotel Luna - 36000 Guanajuato

Nice hotel, great location ! Just be prepared to sleep on a rock… beds are extremely stiff

The hospitality that is offered by the manager Luis was excellent. The hotel sits right in the plaza. He was very helpful, sincere with his suggestions on where to go and make the best use of your time. They have all the tours packages available so you do not have to go and compare and have doubts that you are getting a good deal. I cancelled 1 night in my stay to allow me to visit another nearby city and held my last night at the same rate. Breakfast is included. Real good and in a very nice patio setting in the plaza. Apparently within the family they own the restaurant bar next door. Very enjoyable place with a very good happy hour atmosphere. Locals come here. Ovrrall. Excellent time. Staff is nice and in fact I left my wedding ring and Luis the manager contacted me and DH'd it to the states. I normal do not write reviews but this one really deserves it. We were treated like Royality by their staff, Manager Señor Luis is a gem and an asset to this hotel. He treated us like family.

Great Hospitality! Staff is very friendly and attentive. Luis called me in the morning before I arrived to extend a warm welcome and offered to have a driver pick me up from the Airport. The Hotel is located in the epicenter of night life in Guanajuato, so I recommend the rooms with a balcony to enjoy the sounds of several musicians performing outside!

Worst hotel in the area. I was promised a room with a view and they gave me a room with NO windows. It was disgusting.Very Rude staff. Save yourself and book some place else.

Great hotel in Guanajuato city center, walking distance to most attractions, even the mummies. Balcony rooms have a beautiful view, but beware of outdoor music if you’re a light sleeper. Complimentary breakfast was very good. Would definitely come back.

Nice and beautiful but extremely noise impossible to sleep with noise coming from the inner hall and other rooms. Service is not the best. Not recommended

We had lunch on the outside terrace....chicken soup was basically water poured over rice, chicken and some frozen veggies...no taste..partner refused to eat his...lettuce was wilted and the cheese cubes were mushy... Overeducated salads for a hot day...my parte
