Beautiful boutique hotel. Small but pretty rooms. A quiet oasis in a very busy part of town. Vwry centrally located. Continental cakes and cookies along with coffee and water centrally located. The garden in the back is beautiful. Follow @nimincible on instagram for vdos. Michele the manager was very kind and helpful. Beautiful rooftop.

Little piece of paradise... Nestled in the busy 5th Avenue shops is this absolutely gorgeous hotel that is quiet and very comfortable. Michelle was very kind to allow us to tour the grounds and see a standard room. This hotel is simply lovely and it has a beautiful garden is breathe taking. Will most definitely stay here next time I'm in Playa del Carmen!

Great hotel! I love the asienda look. The rooms were great and the customer service was excellent. I would definitely visit again. Best location since is in 5th Ave strip. The only downside is that there is no pool but it wasn't a big deal if you are going to be out and about.

I spent my stay at the Lunata hotel with my best friend and her little one. the hotel is original, the staff was very friendly, always ready to help us with information or other. what we liked the most is the cleanliness which for us is a fundamental point in a hotel. I recommend this hotel :-)

Beautiful hotel, , my husband and I had the pleasure to enjoy two nights at this lovely hotel. .Our room was facing 5th Ave which we were expecting it to be a very noisy 2 nights. But quite the opposite, it was very quiet because of the double windows. .The room was perfect ,the garden was such a pleasure after the hustle and bustle of the very busy 5th Ave especially at night ..Everything was 1st class but I do regent to say we were very disappointed with the breakfast. You do not really expect a Hostel type. . (Serve yourself breakfast ) which only conisted of coffee, cornflakes and toast. .For the price there should have been at least a cooked breakfast. .But apart from that we did enjoy our short stay at this lovely hotel. .

We stayed here two nights and loved it. The hotel is so cute and right on 5th. The staff was so friendly and they helped us with anything we needed. Shower pressure, cleanliness and accommodations were 10/10. Beds are a bit harder but not bad at all for a short stay.

If you’re looking for a a cute hotel right in the middle of the action this is a great place. Each & every employee was kind, warm & welcoming to us with every interaction. We checked in early & they held our bags in a secure area & even gave us towels for the beach. When we returned, our room was ready & they had moved the bags upstairs. Our room & bed were on the small side & the bed was not the most comfortable but it wasn’t bad. Our balcony faced 5th Avenue & we could hear the noise a bit but the double sliding doors helped & it didn’t prevent us from sleeping. We appreciated the cute decor & personal touches throughout our room & the hotel. In the morning there was coffee, cereal & toast. There were water stations around the hotel to fill up our water bottles. We even made friends with the resident kitties. Thank you Hotel Lunata for the outstanding & welcoming service. You have our hearts.
