★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala experiencia el cuarto #18 apesta adrenaje , dejan entrar perros a las habitaciones a dormir ,no ponen toallas ,la música la pone muy alta ,y no es un hotel de 4 estrellas como dice ,yo no lo recomiendo
Very bad experience room # 18 stinks of drainage, they let dogs into the rooms to sleep, they do not put towels, the music makes it very loud, and it is not a 4-star hotel as it says, I do not recommend it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El cuarto que use este día 31 olía muy mal. Las camas limpias pero era olor a drenaje.
No me gustó que pusieron una bocina que aturdia en la zona de la alberca .Hubieron 2 perritos en los cuartos, comenté y el encargado llamó la atención pero después estaban los perros nuevamente en los cuartos de lado.
El joven está bien pero par 4 estrellas nada que ver.
Si cambiaran varios puntos estaría mejor
The room I used on the 31st smelled very bad. Clean beds but it was drainage smell.
I did not like that they put a stunned horn in the pool area. There were 2 dogs in the rooms, I commented and the manager drew attention but then the dogs were back in the side rooms.
The young man is fine but par 4 stars nothing to see.
If they changed several points it would be better
