About Hotel Madero

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Hotel's location is amazingly convinient! You can find several convenience stores, restaurants and touristic attractions within a 5 minute walk. The rooms are clean, comfortable and the furniture is in a very good condition. The badroom has modern installations and the staff is very kind. There is no parking space, but the hotel offers Valet Parking.
The only problem you could face is that, since it is located in a touristic zone, sometimes the street is open just for pedestrians. (You'll find some public parking lots within a few blocks)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a lovely hotel in an excellent location. Our room was large, the bed was comfortable, and it was quiet. We walked everywhere we wanted to go in the downtown area, even to the aquaduct. There were excellent restaurants in the area, as well as artisan shops.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very well located, over a pedestrian street. Good service. It's not a modern place, bathrooms are really small. Can be a little noisy. It's a good choice to sleep and walk around downtown.
Bed was too soft.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful hotel. Very central location. Clean and spacious room. Only suggestion is that they should have a dedicated room to store luggage. I checked out early and asked the front desk if I could leave my luggage for a few hours. They said yes but basically told me to leave it next to the front desk entrance, on the floor, basically in the hallway... this felt a bit odd. Other than this the hotel was excellent and service great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hotel but do not go by what is posted on Google. If google says free breakfast or air conditioned, you need to confirm at the hotel website through booking or your choice to confirm. I checked in thinking it was free breakfast but it was not. And coffee maker did not work? I need my coffee when I wake up. But definitely a great location with all the shops to shop or eat. Highly recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I could not recommend a hotel in all my world travels more than Hotel Madero. I stayed here for 10 weeks and really hate to leave. The people here are truly amazing I felt like I was a member of their family. Additionally it is the very best location in Centro Queretaro. Whenever my travels bring me back to Queretaro I will definitely be staying at Hotel Madero. I love it :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prime location in Historic Center of Querétaro. Comfortable and clean room. Building was done in colonial times (ca. 19th Century), so the only windows faced inside the own hotel.
