Hotel Madi - 37700 San Miguel de Allende

We were more than surprised! The hotel is spotless, staff and food is amazing! There’s a rooftop pool with a glass bottom that opens on the lobby !! What else do you need? Would definitely recommend it!

The rooms are a lot smaller than on the picture! They only have a Windows to the inside part! They charge extra if the towel has some make up... Im really disappointed because in the pictures it looks a lot better than it is

We paid for 5star hotel which was actually at a level of 3 stars ! There was no hot water in this hotel rooms ! If we wanted to take shower with hot water we had to let the water run for 30 mints until it gets abit hot ! Not even really hot ! Just abit to be able to shower quickly!!!! Unbelievable

Overall i don’t think i would come here again. It has a beautiful terrace, decent breakfast, comfortable beds and a nice shower, as well as kind workers but they charge u for the snacks and drinks that are provided in ur room which in my opinion is ridiculous, parking is far, and the room is overpriced. Everything is smaller than it appears. Overall I would only recommend this hotel to couples, not families.

Nice hotel, great location, walking distance to downtown and many great restaurants. The rooms are a good size and the bathrooms are very nice, we loved the rain shower. The only thing that we feel needs work is the food. We would definitely stay here again when visiting San Miguel de Allende.

Lovely hotel! The location is great since it’s downtown and close to the parroquia and main plaza Rooms are nice and cozy, bathroom is spacious. The terrace has a wonderful view! The steam room/sauna and hot tub were nice and private. We loved our stay here and would 100% come back! Staff is friendly which is always appreciated.

Amazing experience!!! This hotel is beautiful! It’s a 4-5min walk to “El centro” to explore and buy souvenirs. My favorite area of the hotel is the rooftop it has a gorgeous view! The staff really goes above and beyond from emergency dress alterations and Dry cleaning for a suit within 24hours for a wedding (we were freaking out btw lol) I appreciate the staff very much! I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to San Miguel De Allende. 10 out of 10 hands down!!! I Love this place!

This place was simply amazing. The staff was so genuine and welcoming. The room was clean and organized. The views from the rooftop patio were gorgeous. The food was phenomenal and so were the drinks. It needs to known, the owner, James, went above and beyond for us and our friends (who weren’t even hotel guests). Long story short, our luggage was lost by the airlines and once it was located the airlines wasn’t willing to deliver it. We were in a time crunch because we were visiting for a wedding. When we told the owner what was going on during a casual conversation, he said “I’ll take care of this, give me one hour.” James organized for a trusted driver to pickup and drop off our luggage back to us so we could still take part in the wedding festivities. We could not thank James enough, along with all the other staff at Hotel Madi. If you’re looking for a place to stay, this Hotel will not disappoint and the kindness the staff delivered will never be forgotten.
