 Terrible, cold room, dirty sheets, dirty towels, there was nothing to heat the room, at night drunk people knocked on my door.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, hablamos con un tal Juan Pablo para reservar una habitación y al llegar a Galeana nos dicen que el hotel estaba lleno y la señora que atendió ni siquiera se inmuta. Asegúrense de que les respeten su reservación.
Terrible service, we talked to a certain Juan Pablo to reserve a room and when we arrived at Galeana they told us that the hotel was full and the lady who attended did not even flinch. Make sure they honor your reservation.
