The owner/manager was very rude when we asked for a new room, she wanted us to stay in a smaller room than what we had paid for. We had to checkout and find something else in the middle of the night. Horrible just horrible.
L	Leobardo De Haro Jr on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to stay at. Only downside is there's no refrigerator in the room.. I traveled with my 1 yr old and where to keep her milk cold was sort of an issue.. Management did offer to store her milk in there office fridge so that was pretty cool.

My room smelled like sewer all night long, we could not stand the smell, asked the lady at front desk for another room and she wanted to down grade us from a king to full size bed when everything was already paid for. I had to argue with her to change us rooms and that’s all she could offer us a full size bed. I ended us leaving and finding something else for the night. If you want to enjoy your vacation in Tepatitlán DON’T stay there!

They offer continental breakfast from 7 to 10 am, coffee and water is always available at the lobby. I stayed at a main floor room then it was little noisy but personnel is nice, my room always was very clean, nice oat soap and shampoo and hair conditioner are good. AC working perfectly.

It's also conveniently close to the town's center, so you can go and grab something since the hotel doesn't offer food service.
A	Antionette Caston on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ from the moment I arrived the staff was attentive, and the valet parking was in charge of moving my car and taking it to the door for my convenience. rooms are good for rest after visiting Tepatitlan. thank you for your service and empathy always with me, I noticed other guests misbehaving with them, but the service was always calm and respectful. I hope to come back soon and stay with you again, Tepatitlan is beautiful.

The front desk was very helpful in accommodating for a jumpstart. Great stay, the hotel was very clean and the location to the center is great.
