Hotel Maioris Guadalajara - 45601 San Pedro Tlaquepaque

Very clean and organized. Workers are very kind and are very helpful :) Service is awesome

Disappointing! No elevator & we were on the 2nd floor. It was clean so for the price it was OK.

Close to al Camino Iteso but other wise this is more like a road side motel for truckers. But the staff though is super courteous. Be weary they do not converse in any other language but Spanish.

Of course Marriott always has nice hotels at was the same in Guadalajara very good service nice clean large rooms and a really nice place to eat downstairs front desk staff was very helpful on where to go and how to get around

Not as advertised. Hotel is NOT a 4 star, rather a 1 star. Hotel is fairly old and not well maintained. Front staff was somewhat friendly but restaurant staff was not kind at all. Hotel room: in the USA a Motel 6 would be a 5 star compared to Hotel Paradise Real. I reserved a two queen bedroom and it turned out to look like 2 twin mattresses. The bed sheets were stained. The restroom looked old and dirty too. I left that same hour.

Beautiful hotel. There was 2 critiques I want to make. No bell service and no shuttle service to airport. We took 2 taxis that were very tiny and unable to accommodate 4 adults and 7 suitcases. Also, it was quite pricey for the taxis. The restaurant was excellent and I had THE BEST MICHELADA of my life there. I would stay there again.

It's a cheap hotel with simple and worn out features.

The pictures are very deceiving: In reality the rooms do not look as pretty as they do online. The rooms had walls peeling off from humidity, one of the rooms we got didn’t have a working A/C but we didn’t ask to be moved as we were only staying there for a couple of hours. The restroom was a little moldy on the walls as well. The staff was nice, but I do believe the hotel could use some touch up/work. I found cockroaches and other little bugs. This hotel looks like if it had been a motel before that was remodeled into a hotel. It is nice, I guess? But it is definitely not a 3 star hotel. I would say it’s more like a 2 star hotel. Also, WiFi is very very very slow and there isn’t good cellphone service in the area. We have AT&T and it was super slow or not working at all. Parking was big but I am not sure it would be big enough for a fully booked hotel. I give it two stars for the effort and for the staff’s friendliness.
