Its a lovely place with comfortable beds to rest. Almost everything it's Ok, except that... When I arrived to the hotel I found beard hair on the sink floor which makes me think if they really do housekeeping properly.

Positive: The hotel is very centrally located and has a secured parking garage with direct access to the hotel (including an elevator). Rooms are comfortable and offer space for luggage. The staff is friendly and attentive. Food and drinks in the restaurant are good, prices accessible. WiFi worked without any issues. The hotel has an indoor pool.. Negative: The rooms got pretty cold during our stay in October. There is not heating system, only additional blankets. As it was raining we had a lot wet clothes, which did not dry at all in this temperatures. There is no noise cancelling. You basically hear every move and sound from the corridors and garage..

Positive: Location was excellent and staff were very helpful. The room was a good size and bed was very comfortable. The views of Malinche is amazing!. Negative: Went with 3 friends who were in different rooms and they got coffee in their room and we did not. So we had to pay for coffee which was annoying. We all paid the some price for our rooms and they also got a better view. This they need to differentiate their room pricing more..

Excellent hotel considering the facilities and services with the price you are paying for. The hotel is an small one based in al old house, that was modernized with services while preserving most of the original architecture, although there is a new area that is not based in the old house. The rooms are comfortable with modern furniture. The only drawback is the rooms doesn't have air conditioning or heating, since the region is usually cold (from 2 to 23 Celsius - 35 to 75 °F - all year around) you will need some form of heating. They do provide an small heating device if you ask for it. The hot water in the shower is also limited, about 10 minutes, and then you have to wait a little bit to getting again. What set apart the hotel is the service level of their personnel. They are friendly and really try their best to serve you. I think this is the best hotel in town.
