I went to Mexico on a tour and for what ever reason this was one of the chosen ones. I would have never booked it on my own. Long story short, BED BUGS INFESTATION. This place is covered with bed bugs, our tour guides booked 22 rooms and every single one was covered with bed bugs. We all spent the entire night at the lobby and the hotel was never able to resolve the matter, they were not able to transfer people somewhere else. Apparent in Mexico customer service isn't a thing. Horrible place.

Great place to stay while in Mexico City. Service is great. I was able to walk everywhere. There are lots of stores and food venders right out the doors. If you’re sightseeing this is the place.

My credit card was used (illegally) to shop online just a few weeks after using my credit card at this hotel. I'm really suspicious of this establishment because it has been the only place I used my card in the last months. Be careful and report it if you have experienced something similar after using your card at this hotel.

It's place to sleep only. Angry desk clerk is better than gang member, and bed-bug is better than rattlesnake. Not working TV, lack of any water, I'm was greatly disappointed after transatlantic flight. Only face of the hotel was renovated, so I'm was misled by Google streetview. Only park space inside is fair.

Receptionist was very rude. Their advertising is far from reality, the rooms are very old, furniture needs mayor maintenance and updates, wifi is very slow and loose connection often, there's no Mini fridge, we had issues with the TV, just one towel on a 4 people reservation. We had to request for extra towels several times and they took long time to bring them. The TV wasn't working when we arrived, no signal, we called reception to notify them, they said a technician was going to fix it. We waited until the night of the next day and the TV was still not working, we called reception again and they said they will send a technician right away, 10 minutes later a security guy arrived to try to fix the TV without success. We called reception again and the lady was very rude, saying that we had wait for them to check the antenna and they will call us back. We waited for about 30 minutes and nothing. Called again and they said to wait, they will change the TV. Waited for another 30 minutes and nothing. We called again asking what was the solution and just kept saying to wait. We asked for a change of room, they agreed but it took long time for them to do it. TV on the other room was working but again the rest of the room was old and in bad shape. They should advertise the real state of the rooms so you know what to expect. Never staying here again.

The hot water takes forever, the beds are awful and no type of ventilation. The bathroom is really moldy. And the Furniture is breaking apart.

I’ve been staying here for a week at a time, twice a year for many years. Yes, it’s a bit run down. But it’s a bed and a warm bath. Nothing to complain about. NEVER had a bed bug in all my stays. Once the roaches got my leftover pan dulce. But they spray regularly (unlike the US), so I hardly encounter any problems. Can be a bit noisy at times because of careless guests. And don’t get a room facing the street in front. A noisy truck comes to fill the pool across the street several times a week. Occasionally in the past there were elevator problems and water outages. You do get what you pay for. Convenient location near the art park and Reforma Metrobus station. Inexpensive, but filling restaurant.

The remodeled rooms are OK, but you can tell they were quickly "fixed". The wifi sucks, the outlets are loose, and the TV barely gets signal. Rude front desk workers, I paid for a superior room and they tried giving me two of the roach rooms. The housekeeping manager spends at least an hr gossiping about guests with the front desk woman. They make you leave your key when you leave which is sketchy. When you come back they don't check if you're really in that room, only once in my ten days there did they confirm my room was mine. We left for 3 days and someone went through our stuff. Housekeepers are rude but the rooms get cleaned everyday and you get fresh towels. The man that runs the restaurant is also very nice and the food is good. The water in the superior room was hot but you have to angle the shower head towards the wall or you'll be swimming once you step out the shower. Location is great but for a few more pesos I'd rather stay somewhere else.
