Bad service, there is no room with climates and those that do not have good air conditioning. I do not recommend it. Only what is salvageable is that they have a good landscape.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visité el lugar solamente por fuera al rededor de las 8 de la noche buscando hospedaje en Ixtepec, Oax. pero al llegar sencillamente me di la vuelta y continué buscando. No me dió confianza bajarme a preguntar ya que que esta en un área alejada de centro de la ciudad y muy solitario. No se veían huéspedes en esa ocasión y poco iluminado. Probablemente para grupos numerosos sería más llamativo.
I only visited the place outside around 8 at night looking for accommodation in Ixtepec, Oax. but when I got there I just turned around and kept looking. It did not give me confidence to go down to ask since it is in an area far from the city center and very lonely. No guests were seen on that occasion and dimly lit. Probably for large groups it would be more eye-catching.
