When we got to the room on TV we couldn't see a single channel and the Wi-Fi signal was very bad, the only good thing was the terrace, delicious food and drinks you can taste ?

Mejor quédese a dormir en su coche o en una banca de la plaza. Creo sería igual la experiencia.

Cero organización. No entregan cuartos limpios en tiempo prometido.
Cuartos viejos, sucios y deprimentes.
Con chinches en cama y alfombra.
Paredes sucias.
Internet parece que no hay. Usen Mejor sus datos.

Better to stay to sleep in your car or on a bench in the square. I think the experience would be the same.

There is no 0 star option. It says 3 star hotel, they don't even get to that. I don't know how they have good comments, it's my worst experience in a hotel.
