T	Turismo Mexico on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NO RESPETARON MI RESEVACION,CUANDO LLEGUE AL LUGAR ME DIJERON QUE NO HABÍA RESEVADO CUANDO SI LO HICE. Soy de Michoacán y cada año organizo viajes y paseos por pueblos de México, en esta ocasión elegí hospedarme en este hotel y pésimo servicio, llegamos al hospedaje y no me hicieron valido mi reserva, tuve que regresarme a altas horas de la noche a mi ciudad. THEY DID NOT RESPECT MY RESEVATION, WHEN I ARRIVED TO THE PLACE THEY TOLD ME THAT I HAD NOT RESEVED WHEN I DID. I am from Michoacán and every year I organize trips and walks through towns in Mexico, this time I chose to stay at this hotel and the service was terrible, we arrived at the lodge and they did not validate my reservation, I had to return late at night to my city .

A	Ana María Peña Avila on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hermoso lugar, buenas instalaciones, excelente vista desde las habitaciones, buen servicio; pero no es nada práctico que no tengan servicio de restaurante, cafetería y bar, El hotel estaba lleno y ( sobre todo los que iban con niños ) tuvimos que salir a buscar alimentos para una merienda por lo menos Además de noche se tiene que ocupar el carro porque no está tan cerca del hotel y regresar caminando, de subida y cargando cosas no está fácil ni cómodo. El agua caliente tarda en salir y dura poco. Repito, no hay comida, aunque tú reservación diga desayuno continental, no, solo ponen café. Lo que pudo haber sido una experiencia para volver. No me generó una buena experiencia.
