Sin mencionar que se enojan si les haces alguna observación de lo mismo y te llegan a llamar la atención por eso. ¡Madre mía! They don't let you take towels to the sea because they get angry They also charge you if you stain something, which by the way is totally white. Todo super limpio la alberca está cursando la calle pero es otro edificio totalmente privado .. mi próxima visita a Tecolutla me hospedare sin duda The best attention. A	Akire Cortés on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estoy regresando de Tecolutla y visite este Hotel, tuve un incidente de salud y la chica de recepción se encargo de buscarme ayuda y apoyarme (fueron por mi al centro), esto es mas que servicio al cliente; también la hora de ingreso a la habitación era a las 3 pm y llegue a verificar mi reservación a las 11 am y me informaron que ya estaba lista por lo que procedieron a entregarme mi habitación, lo que más me agrado es que yo había reservado una habitación doble interior y como tenían disponible una de balcón me hicieron el cambio sin costo extra, además del descuento que obtuve por reserva anticipada y disfrute mucho mi estancia en este maravilloso Hotel, me parece una ubicación maravillosa a 5 minutos de la playa y el centro (te permite descansar del ruido y escandalo de este último), en la alberca Erika me permitió quedarme con mis hijos mas tarde, estoy muy contenta del servicio y calidez de la atención que me bridaron. Sin duda volveré con mi familia una y mil veces. I am returning from Tecolutla and I visited this Hotel, I had a health incident and the girl at the reception was in charge of looking for help and supporting me (they went to the center for me), this is more than customer service; also the time of entry to the room was at 3 pm and I arrived to verify my reservation at 11 am and they informed me that it was ready so they proceeded to give me my room, what I like the most is that I had reserved a interior double room and as they had a balcony available they made me the change at no extra cost, in addition to the discount I got for early booking and I really enjoyed my stay in this wonderful Hotel, it seems to me a wonderful location 5 minutes from the beach and the center (It allows you to rest from the noise and scandal of the latter), in the pool Erika allowed me to stay with my children later, I am very happy with the service and warmth of the attention they provided me. I will definitely return with my family a thousand times.
k	kartman bomb on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar esta lindo el único detalle es que encontré unas cuantas cucarachas pequeñas en la habitación que me alojé de hecho una se metió a mi mochila y la llevé a pasear y algún insecto de la cama me picó, y me hubiera gustado que estuviera encendida la alberca por que hacía muco frío, pero en lo demás todo bien, muy amable el personal The place is nice the only detail is that I found a few small cockroaches in the room that I stayed in, in fact one got into my backpack and I took it for a walk and some bed bug bit me, and I would have liked the light to be on pool because it was very cold, but otherwise everything was fine, very friendly staff

Sin mencionar que la regadera de nuestro baño no sirve y el agua nunca salió caliente y eso que avisamos en recepción. Regardless of the fact that the pool is not heated, it does not mean that it should be dirty, very dirty, the rooms were delivered to us 3 hours later and to give us one on the roof, I really have a very bad experience with this place. Not to mention that the shower in our bathroom doesn't work and the water never came out hot and that's what we reported to reception.
